磷酸化-马来酸蓖麻油醇酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物的合成 被引量:4

摘要 本文根据分子设计原理,将蓖麻油首先与马来酸酐进行酯化反应,然后与苯乙烯共聚,再用P2O5进行改性,得到一种具有多功能基团的新型复鞣加脂剂。对工艺路线及合成条件进行初步探讨,并对产品进行红外光谱分析和透射电镜分析表征,结果证明了产品结构中某些基团的存在,确定了乳液粒子大小及分布。 In this paper, according to the principle of molecular design, Castor Oil was reacted with Maleic Anhydride, and then copolymerized with Styrene. The copolymer was modified with P2O5, resulting in a new kind of retanning fatting agent, which containing multiple functional groups. The process routes and synthetical conditions were also discussed respectively and the copolymer was characterized by IR and TEM analysis. The results show that the groups exist in the product, and the size and distribution of emulsion particle were also given.
