摘要
目的 提出创伤修复“失控”的概念 ,并综述其近年来的研究进展。方法 采用文献回顾与综合分析方法。结果 近年来创伤修复“失控”的研究不论在细胞、分子以及基因水平已取得明显进展。创伤修复“失控”基础研究的进展促进了临床治疗的进步。结论 采用现代高新技术 ,如克隆技术、芯片技术以及干细胞技术对防治“失控”的创伤修复有重要作用。
Objective To describe the concept of ' un-controlled wound re pair ' and review its current progress in basic research and clinical treatment. Methods The literature review and comprehensive analysis method s were used in this study. Results The results showed that the normal woun d repair and ' un-controlled' wound repair had made big progress in cellular, molecular and g e netic levels in recent years and these progresses had enhanced the treatment pro gress in clinic. Conclusion All data indicate that the wound r epair is made a big progress both in basic and clinic fields. New high techniques, such as clo ne, biochip and stem cell and their use will promote the deep study of ' un-co ntrolled ' wound repair.
