摘要
目的观察重组人表皮生长因子（ｒｈＥＧＦ）对慢性创面愈合的影响。方法应用国产ｒｈＥＧＦ，采用自身对照法（对照药物：１％磺胺嘧啶银霜），对６１例慢性创面（烧伤残留肉芽创面３７例，溃疡创面２４例）进行局部治疗。以创面愈合为指标，与对照组平行比较，判读创面愈合时间。结果ｒｈＥＧＦ用于慢性创面的治疗，明显缩短创面愈合时间。肉芽创面愈合时间较对照组缩短约１５天，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；溃疡创面愈合时间亦有缩短。
Aim To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) on the healing of chronic wounds. Methods Sixty one cases with chronic wounds (grannulation 37, ulcer 24) were locally treated with domestic rhEGF. And 1% sulfadiazine silver cream was chosen as the auto control drug. The index was the healing of wounds, and the healing time of wounds was determined in parallel comparison with the control group. Results The healing time of grannulation wounds was shorten obviously with rhEGF for about 15 days than that of the control group ( P <0.001) and there was significant difference between the two groups. The healing time of ulcer with rhEGF was shorter than that of the control group, too. Conclusion rhEGF can promote the healing of chronic wounds.
