摘要
目的 :研究杨梅多酚对大、小白鼠在化学和辐射损伤中血小板减少的影响。方法 :采用环磷酰胺和 60Co-γ射线致大、小白鼠血小板下降动物模型。结果 :杨梅多酚能提高血小板计数 ,在杨梅多酚组和病理模型对照组之间有显著性差异 (P<0.01) ;并能保护血液的止血功能。结论 :杨梅多酚对血小板损伤可起到治疗作用。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of bayberry polyphenol(BPP) on thrombopenia induced by cytotoxic drug and radiation in mice and rats.METHODS:The mice and rats were treated with cyclophosphamide and 60Co-γ radiation to establish the animal thrombopenia models.RESULTS:Platelet counts were increased in BPP treated animals with a significant difference compared with the controls(P<0.01).And it also showed that BPP could keep hemostatic function intact in animals.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that BPP has a therapeutic effect on platelet damage.
