摘要
介绍了采用实验室制备的一种特殊的阴离子分散松香胶NL0 1进行中碱性条件下施胶实验的有关情况 ,结果表明 :在pH值 6.0 8.5的范围内 ,采用NL0 1能获得良好的施胶效果 ,并且相对传统强化松香胶而言 ,其消耗硫酸铝的量降低了约 80 %。NL0 1中性胶对碱性填料碳酸钙的相容性良好 ,在用量达到 15 %时 ,仍有相当不错的施胶度 ,而且突破了传统的“阴离子分散松香胶 硫酸铝体系不可用于中性施胶”
A kind of special anionic dispersed rosin emulsion(NL01) was prepared in laboratory,neutral and slightly alkaline sizing with the emulsion and aluminum sulfate was studied.As results it showed that sizing was apparently affected by the dosage of NL01,aluminum sulfate,cationic polyacrylamide and the pH value of stock;the emulsion is able to take its good effect over pH 6.0~8.5;and the load of calcium carbonate brings about no remarkable influence on sizing.
