摘要
本文对自行制备的阳离子松香中性施胶剂（简称ＣＲ０３）进行了初步的研究，实验结果表明，ＣＲ０３中性施胶剂稳定性好，能贮存半年以上，其Ｚｅａｔ－电位为＋２５ｍｖ左右，施胶时不需要添加沉淀剂，并能在ｐＨ６．０～８．０的环境中获得满意的施胶效果。此外ＣＲ０３的施胶效率为皂胶的两倍，并能改善纸张的物理强度。
Cationic dispersed rosin size(CR03)was studied primarily in this paper,the CR03 with good stability was prepared by adding suitable cationizer into anionic dispersed rosin size emulsion, and its zeta-potential was+ 25mV. The experimental results show that the CR03 has a good store stability, and can perform sizing without any precipitating agent, and is capable of sizing at pH 6. 0-8. 0 so as to satisfy the demands of neutral sizing. Moreover, the efficiency of the CR03 is twice as high as the soap size, and the handsheets sized with the CR03 have a better strength than those with soap size.
