活化条件对活性炭微球结构与性能的影响 被引量:4

EFFECTS OF ACTIVATION CONDITIONS ON STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF ACTIVATED CARBON MICROBEADS

摘要 以煤焦油系中间相沥青微球为原料,KOH为活化剂,在不同活化条件下制备活性炭微球。考察了不同活化条件对活性炭微球结构和性能的影响。研究表明:随着KOH配比的增加,活性炭微球的微孔孔容变化较小,中孔孔容和总孔孔容分别增加到最大值后下降,比表面积增大到最大值后有轻微的降低。活化恒温时间对活性炭微球的活化收率和苯吸附值影响较小;而随着活化温度的升高,活性炭微球总孔容和中孔孔容增大,比表面积先升高后降低。活性炭微球的苯吸附值随着总孔容的增大而增大。 In this paper,the coal tar pitch-based mesophase pitch microbeads (MMB) were activated by chemical activation with KOH in different activation condition. The effects of different activation condition on the structure and performance of activated carbon microbeads were investigated. The results show that both the total pore volume and the mesopore volume of activated carbons increase with the increasing of weight ratio of KOH/MCMB to a maximum respectively,and then decrease with further increase of the weight ratio. And the micropore volume of the activated carbon microbeads remains almost constant. The BET surface areas of activated carbon microbeads increase to maximum and then decrease slightly with in- creasing of weight ration of KOH/MCMB. The results also indicate that activation thim have a little influ- ence on the yield and benzene adsorption capacity of activated carbon microbeads. And both the total pore volume and the mesopore volume proportion of activated carbons increase with the increasing of sctivation temperature. At the same time,the BET surface areas of activated carbon microbeads increase and then de- crease. It can be also discovered that the activated carbon microbeads with bigger total pore volume tend to have higher benzene adsorption capacity.
