摘要
以煤焦油为原料用热解法制备的中间相炭微球由KOH活化,其活化条件为:碱炭比1:1~5:1,活化温度在850℃~1000℃.通过对活性发微球的形态、比表面积和孔结构的分析发现,在900℃下活化30min,碱炭比为5:1时,活性炭的比表面积最大可达3080m2/g.活化温度升高时,比表面积先增大而后减小,孔径分布向大的方向漂移.活化时间的影响与活化温度的影响相似.
Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB), prepared from a coal tar, was activated byKOH in the conditions of 1-5 KOH ratio, 850 ℃ ~1 000℃ and 1 h^3 h. The influence of KOHratio, carbonization temperature and reaction time on the spherical shape, carbonizationyields, BET specific surface and pore structure was investigated. The specific surface area of3 080 m2/g was gotten by 5 KOH ratio at 900℃ for 30 mins. Benzene adsorption--desorption behavior of the activated MCMB was also determined. It seems that benzene adsorption quantitiesare approximately consistent with specific surface.
