摘要
本文对锥体外系疾病中帕金森病(PD)、Wilson病(WD)、肌张力障碍、亨廷顿舞蹈病(HD)的诊疗进展作一简要介绍。重点述及多巴胺递质系统功能显像在PD诊断方面的应用;PD的药物及外科治疗进展;肌张力障碍的病因分类及治疗;以及WD和HD的基因诊断。
The progress in the diagnosis and treatment of several extrapyramidal diseases, including Parkinson disease(PD), Wilson disease(WD), dystonia and Huntington disease(HD) was reviewed. The functional imaging of dopaminergic transmitter system in the diagnosis of PD, medication and surgical treatment of PD. the causative classification of dystonia and its management, and gene diagnoses of WD and HD were discussed.
