摘要
目的探讨脑卒中与卒中后继发癫痫的关系。方法回顾性分析脑卒中后继发癫痫42例病例的发作时间、分类及治疗。结果脑卒中后继发癫痫占同期住院卒中患者的9.63%(42/436),以早发型、大脑皮质受损常见,迟发型易复发。结论脑卒中后继发癫痫与卒中类型、病变部位关系密切,应进行正规治疗。
Objective To study the relationship between stroke and secondary epilepsy after stroke.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on onset time,classification and treatment of 42 cases of secondary epilepsy after stroke in this hospital.Results The incidence rate of patients with secondary epilepsy after stroke was 9.63%（42/436）of hospitalized stroke patients in the same period.The characteristic manifestations of this disease were early-onset,frequently occurring in patients with cerebral cortex impairment and easily relapsed in delayed type of the disease.Conclusion The post-stroke epilepsy is closely related with the types of stroke and the locality of lesions,and it should be regularly treated.
