脑多巴胺转运体显像一种新的帕金森病诊断方法

摘要 脑多巴胺转运体的多少反映了黑质-纹状体通路多巴胺能神经元的数量及功能。脑多巳胺转运体显像可早期诊断帕金森病,可反映帕金森病病情的轻重,其变化较脑多巴胺D_2受体更早、更明显,抗帕金森药会影响脑多巴胺转运体的变化。脑多巴胺转运体显像将有广阔的临床应用前景。 The amount of dopamine transporters irt the striatum indicatas the quantity and function of nigrostriatal dopaminergic neurons Parkinson's disease can be diagnosed by the imaging of dopamine transporter at its earher or even presymptomatic stages This rnethod suggests the severity of Park nson s disease The change of dopamine transporter is earher and more apparent that in dopamine D receptor Anti- Parkinson drugs will effect on the dopamine transporter m brain. The imaging of dopamine transporter has prormsing application value in clinical practice
