摘要
本文提出较为简单的双部位吸收模型,不仅导出了单剂量药动学方程,而且导出了多次给药下的稳态药动学方程。
In this paper, a simpler double-site model for drug absorPtion is proPosed. Both the pharmacokinetics equation for single dosing and the steady state equation for multiple dosing are derived. The applicability of the model is examined with literature data.
