摘要
[目的]探讨醛氢叶酸(Leucivorin,CF)/脱氧氟尿苷(Doxifluridire ,5 FUDR)和顺铂(Cisplatin,DDP)组成的CF/5_FUDR和DDP方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效及毒副反应。并与CF/5 Fu(氟尿嘧啶 ,fluoronracil)进行对比。[方法]45例晚期大肠癌随机分为2组。治疗组22例采用CF/5 FUDR和DDP联合化学治疗(CF100mg ,ivgttqod,d1～15,5 FUDR400mg,tid,d1～15,PO ;DDP40mg,ivgtt,d1～3)4周为一疗程。对照组23例 ,采用CF/5_Fu化疗 (CF100mgivgtt,d1～5,5_Fu0.25,ivgtt,d1～5)4周为一疗程。[结果]治疗组CR2例 ,PR8例 ,有效率45.5%,对照组PR6例有效率26.1%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。主要毒副反应是轻度到中度骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。[结论]CF/5 FUDR +DDP方案治疗晚期大肠癌 ,有效率提高 ,使用方便 ,副反应可耐受的优点 。
To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of CF/5 FUDR and DDP (Leucorin/Doxifluridire and Cisplatin) combination regimen in advanced colorectal cancer,and to compare the regimen with CF/5 Fu(Leucorin/Fluorouracil)regimen.Forty five patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two group.Twenty two cases were treated with CF/5_FUDR regimen(treated group)and 23 cases with CF/5 Fu(Leucorin/Flurouracil)regimen(control group)every 4 weeks.The overall respons rate was 45.5%(10/22)VS 26.1%(6/23)for these two groups respectively.The main toxicities included mild to modorate degree of nausea,vomiting and neutropenia.[Conclusion]The results of this study demonstrate that CF/5 FUDR and DDP regimen is well tolerable and effactive for advanced colorectal cancer.
