摘要
目的 研究骨折愈合过程中断端微动。方法 采用穿针滑动固定家兔胫骨实验性骨折治疗动物模型 ,手术截骨造成横断骨折 ,骨折线位于胫骨中部 ,采用自制滑动固定器 4针固定 ,针径 1 5mm ;采用霍尔元件磁场传感器测量位移。结果 术后 1天断端最大位移 2 78± 12 2微米 ,2周时为 190± 91微米 ,3周时为 70± 3 5微米 ,4周时为 5 4± 2 5微米。结论 所采用的骨折治疗模型具有对骨折断端生物力学环境的测控能力 ,骨折断端微动的大小能反映骨折愈合的早期进程。
Objective To investigate the micro movement of the fracture site Methods Fracture of rabbit tibia was fixed by pins with sliding fixator.The transverse fracture line at middle portion of the tibia was produced by osteotomy;the fracture was then fixed with 4 pins on the sliding fixator and the diameter of pins was 1 5mm;displacement was measured by Hauer magnetic field sensor.Results The displacement of the fracture site was 278±122 microns at the first day after operation,190±91 microns at 2 weeks,70±35 microns at 3 weeks and 54±25 microns at 4 weeks.Conclusion The fracture model enabled us to survey the biomechanical environment of the fracture site and the displacement of fracture site can reflect the healing progress of fracture.
