摘要
对照研究了He-Ne激光和弱CO2激光照射对骨折愈合的作用。将48只新西兰白兔左桡骨造成实验性骨折,将之分为三组,其中一组为对照组,另外两组分别接受28mW/cm2的He-Ne激光及150mW/cm2的CO2激光照射,每日1次,每次10分钟,直接照射骨折部位。将动物分别于骨折后15天和35天分批处死。拍摄X线片,测定骨痂中胶原及钙的含量,测试35天愈合骨的生物力学抗扭性能。结果:CO2激光及He-Ne激光照射均促进了骨折愈合,且在骨折后15天时,CO2激光照射的作用效果显著优于He-Ne激光照射,而在骨折后35天时,从临床意义上讲,其差异无显著性。
The effect of 28mW/cm 2 He Ne laser irradiation on the fracture healing was contrasted with that of 150mW/cm 2 CO 2 laser irradiation in New Zealand rabbits with experimental fracture of the left radius.The 48 rabbits were divided into three groups.The fracture areas of the A and B group were respectively irradiated with 28 mW/cm 2 He Ne laser and 150mW/cm 2 CO 2 laser for 10min once a day.The C group serving as control group was not exposed to laser.The animals were killed respectively 15 and 35 days postfracturally.Four indices of therapeutic evaluation were examined,such as roentgenogram,collegn and Calium content in callus and biochanical anti torsion strength.The results show that both 150mW/cm 2 CO 2laser and 28mW/cm 2 He Ne laser irradiation can accelerate fracture healing,on the 15th day after fracture the cutative effect of CO 2laser is better than that of He Ne laser,and on the 35th day after fracture there is no significant difference in clinical sense between the CO 2 laser and the He Ne laser irradiation.
