摘要
目的 观察以大豆磷脂、维生素E、低聚果糖为主要成分的某冲剂对果蝇寿命、小鼠抗氧化及免疫功能的影响。 方法 果蝇生存试验 :观察含不同浓度受试物培养基中生长的果蝇的生存时间 ,计算平均寿命、平均最高寿命和半数死亡时间 ;抗氧化试验 :给予不同剂量受试物 30天后测定老龄小鼠血清中脂质过氧化降解产物 -丙二醛 (MDA) )的含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活力 ;免疫功能试验 :分别以足跖增厚法、Jerne改良玻片法、碳廓清试验测定小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及巨噬细胞吞噬功能。 结果 该冲剂能显著延长果蝇的平均寿命和平均最高寿命 ,降低小鼠血清MDA含量 ,提高血清SOD活力 ,能显著增强小鼠的足跖肿胀度 ,显著增加小鼠抗体生成细胞数 ,显著提高小鼠的碳廓清能力。
Objective To investigate effects of a dilution on life span in drosophila melanogaster, on antioxidation and immulogic function in mice. Methods In drosophila melanogaster survival test, survival time of drosophila melanogaster fed on media containing various concentration of test substance was observed and recorded, and average life span, average maximum life span and median death time were counted; In antioxidation test, lipid peroxides degradation product, malondialdehyde (MDA), total superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in serum from mice treated with various doses of test substance were detected. In immulogic function test, cellular, humoral immune function and phagocytic function of phagocytes were assessed with metatarsus-thickening method, Jerne-improved slide method and carbon clearance method, respectively. Results The test substance could significantly prolong the average life span and maximum life span in drosophila melanogaster, reduce serumMDA content, increase serum SOD activity, raise metatarsal thickness and count of antibody forming spleen cells, enhance the carbon clearance ability in mice. Conclusion The test substance had anti-aging and immune regulation effects.
