摘要
测定了大麦和黑麦草嫩叶汁粉的抗小鼠肝脂质过氧化作用和抗油脂过氧化作用。结果表明 ,麦草汁粉具有显著的抗小鼠肝脂质过氧化作用 ,抑制率分别达 38 2 3% (大麦嫩叶汁粉 )和 6 9 16 % (黑麦草嫩叶汁粉 ) ;对油脂的过氧化也具有一定的抑制作用。
Extracts of oxidation resistant were got from the leaves of barley of rye respectively.Extract was named barleygreen or ryegreen.Barleygreen or ryegreen was tested on edible oil.It was found that the extracts of barley seedlings showed higher oxidation resistance than that of the extracts of rye.TBA method was used to study the inhibition of barleygreen or ryegreen on rat liver lipid peroxidation.The result showed that barleygreen or ryegreen can effectively cleaned up the free radical in rat liver tissue,and inhibited peroxidaion.Inhibiting percent are 38 23%(barleygreen) and 69 16%(ryegreen).A preliminary study was also concerned with the superoxide dismutase and phenol.
