摘要
目的探讨乌鲁木齐地区老年人心脑血管病危险因素分布特征、防治策略。方法采用分层、整群抽样方法调查乌鲁木齐地区城乡≥ 6 0岁人口 834人的健康状况 ,按城乡、性别、年龄、族别分组统计分析。结果超重、血脂异常、高血压、空腹血糖升高检出率城市均高于农村 ;超重、血脂异常、高空腹血糖检出率哈、维族低于汉、回族 ,高血压哈族高于其他民族 ;超重者血脂异常、高血压、高空腹血糖升高检出率均高于非超重者 ;BMI女大于男且随年龄递增。各项差异绝大多数有显著性 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1)。结论现阶段优裕的生活条件 ,对心脑血管病危险因素的影响 ,超过了遗传、种族、性别、年龄。
Objective To investigate the distribution character and the prevention methods of cardiovascular diseases in elderly people.Methods Using the method of stratified sampling to investigate physical condition o f 834 people aged beyond 60 years old (contatining 60) in Urumqi district.All of data from different groups were statistically analyzed by sex,age,race and l iving area.Results The prevalence rates of overweight,abnormal blood lipids,high blood pressure and high fasting glucose in the city were above that in the town.The prevalence rates of overweight,blood lipids abnormality,high fa sting glucose were higher in Han,Hui nationalities than in Ha,Uygur nationalitie s,but high blood pressure is were higher in Ha nationalities.The prevalence rate s of blood lipid abnorm ality,high blood pressure and high fasting glucose in the overweight is higher t han that in the avergae people.The BMI of the female was higher than that of the male and rising with the age.Most of these differences are outstanding.Co nclusion The rich material conditions in modern society have greater effec t on the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases than heredity,race,sex and age do.The effective method to reduce the rate of cardiovascular diseases in our cou ntry is to popularize a healthy way of life.\;
