摘要
目的 :研究胶原和弹性纤维分布及量的变化 ,探讨其在移植静脉桥狭窄中的作用。方法 :建立 30只兔自体颈外静脉移植模型 ,用免疫组化和特殊染色测定胶原和弹性纤维 ,计算机图像分析 ,量化胶原和弹性纤维与桥壁及桥腔的关系。结果 :静脉桥于术后 15 d至 6月 ,胶原和弹性纤维积聚进行性增加 ,增加程度与静脉桥管壁增厚和管腔缩小密切正相关。结论 :胶原大量积聚可能对静脉桥狭窄起了关键作用。
AIM: To clarity the relations between the accumulation and distribution of collagen and elastic fibers and stenosis of vein graft(VG). METHODS: An autologous jugular vein graft was transplanted into the carotid artery in 30 rabbits. The accumulation and distribution of collagen and elastic fibers were determined with immumostaining, and assayed quantitatively in VG on various points of the time. RESULTS:The degrees of accumulation of collagen and elastic fibers increased are positively correlated with luminal narrowing of the VG during 1~6 month periods of the experiment. The more accumulation of collagen and elastic fibers occur with the greater wall thickening and luminal narrowing of VG. CONCLUSION:Collagen may play a critical role in the processes of VG stenosis.
