改良“cuff”法建立大鼠自体静脉移植动脉化模型 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立冠状动脉旁路术后移植静脉桥狭窄的动物模型。方法采用改良"cuff"技术,建立大鼠颈外静脉移植到同侧颈总动脉模型50例。结果手术无死亡,14 d静脉桥通畅率96%,大体观静脉桥管腔不同程度的狭窄,病理示内膜不同程度增生。结论本模型能真实反映冠状动脉旁路术后静脉桥狭窄的情况,是进一步研究防治静脉桥狭窄的理想模型。 Aim To establish an animal model which is similar to the pathological process of transplanted vein-bridge stenosis after coronary artery bypass graft(CABG).Methods With the improved"Cuff" technique,the external jugular veins of 50 rats were implanted into the carotid of the same side.Results There is no death for the operation.Two weeks after operation,lumen of vein-bridge stenosis was observed.The patency of vein grafts for two weeks were 96%.Conclusion This model which can truly reflect the conditions of vein-bridge stenosis after CABG is an ideal model for further study of the prevention and treatment of vein grafts stenosis.
