摘要
由枯草杆菌载体pUB110和大肠杆菌载体pGEM3构建了两个新的多功能穿梭载体pBE2和pBE3,它们具有强启动子和多酶切位点区。这两个载体能在枯草杆菌和大肠杆菌中复制和表达,是比较理想的载体。
Multifunctional shuttle vectors pBE2 and pBE3 were constructedusing pUB110 from B. subtilis and pGEM3 from E. coli. There arestrong promoters and a multiple cloning site in two vectors. pBE2 andpBE3 can replicate in both E. coli and B. subtilis and express α-amy-lase gene in B. subtilis after inserting that gene. The expression levelof α-amylase gene in the constructed B.subtilis was 5 times higher thanthat of parent strain.
