摘要
目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)对庆大霉素 (GE)所致豚鼠肾损伤的拮抗作用。方法 2 0只豚鼠随机分成三组 ,正常对照组 (N ,n =6) ,庆大霉素对照组 (G ,n =7) ,庆大霉素bFGF组 (F ,n =7)。G组 :GE 80mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 肌肉注射 ,连续 1 5d ;F组 :bFGF肌肉注射 80 0U·kg- 1 ·d- 1 ,相隔 1~ 2h后加GE 80mg·kg- 1 ·d- 1 肌肉注射 ,连续 1 5d。第 1 6d取肾固定 ,石蜡包埋切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜观察肾小球、肾小管及肾间质。结果 F组与G组比较 ,F组肾小球毛细血管扩张、充血及内皮细胞肿胀较轻 ;肾小管坏死数量较少 ;肾小管再生、肾间质炎细胞浸润和纤维细胞增生明显。
Objective To study the antitoxic effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) against guinea pig kidney injury induced by gentamicin. Method Gentamicin control group(G) was injected gentamicin 80mg·kg -1 ·d -1 im.for 15d;gentamicin & bFGF group(F) was injected with bFGF 800U·kg -1 ·d -1 im. and gentamicin 80mg·kg -1 ·d -1 im.for 15d. On the 16th day,the guinea pigs were killed and the kidney were detected by microscope. Result Compare with group G,capillary ectasia of renal corpuscle,hyperemia,endodermis cell swollen were lighter;necrosis of renal tubule was lesser;regeneration of renal tubule and fibre cell,infiltrate of inflammation cell were more distinctness in group F. Conclusion bFGF has protective effect on guinea pig kidney injury induced by gentamicin.
