摘要
开发新的克隆载体依然是链霉菌基因克隆的一项重要基础工作。我们首次从葡萄糖异构酶产生菌——玫瑰红链霉菌(Streptomyces roseoru-her)336中分离到质粒pSR336。
A plasmid pSR336 from glucose isomerase producing strain Strep-tomyces roseoruber 336 was isolated.The molecular weight of the plasmidwas estimated to be 6.35 kb by gel electrophoresis. It has a single res-triction site for HindⅢ, two for XhoⅠ, three for SacⅠ, four for SalⅠ,and five for BamHⅠ and none for BglⅡ, EcoRⅠ, PstⅠ, PvuⅡand XbaⅠ. The restriction map of pSR336 was constructed.
