摘要
研究鱼骨素对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。以S180 移植瘤小鼠作为研究对象 ,观察鱼骨素对其胸腺指数和脾指数的影响 ;分离荷瘤小鼠脾细胞 ,腹腔巨噬细胞 ,观察鱼骨素对荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性、吞噬鸡红细胞能力、诱生荷瘤小鼠脾细胞IL 2、γ IFN和腹腔巨噬细胞IL 1、TNF产生能力的影响。结果 ,鱼骨素能显著提高荷瘤小鼠胸腺指数和脾指数 (P <0 0 1) ;能激活荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞并增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ;增强荷瘤小鼠脾细胞IL 2及腹腔巨噬细胞IL 1和TNF产生能力 (P <0 0 5 )。鱼骨素对荷瘤小鼠具有明显的免疫增加作用。
Objective :to study the effect of Ray Cartilage Extract (RCE) on the immunological function of mice with S-180. Methods :Mice with S-180 was adopted as animal model.The effect of RCE on the index of its immunity organ,the activity of acid phosphatase of abdominal macrophage,the function of macrophage phagocytizing CRBC and the level of splenocyte IL 2,γ IFN and abdominal macrophage IL 1,TNF of mice with SD-180 were detected. Results :RCE could increase spleen index and thymus index of mice with S-180,could activate abdominal macrophage of mice with S-180 and enhance the phagocytesis function of macrophage,promote the generation of splenocyte IL 2,abdominal macrophage IL 1,TNF of mice with S-180. Conclusion :RCE could enhance the immunological function of mice with S-180.
