摘要 综述了近年来国内外关于胰岛素口服剂型的制剂技术发展和生物利用度提高情况 ,特别对胰岛素纳米微粒、微乳、复乳、脂质体以及结肠定位给药制剂的进展进行了分析 ,指出目前研究中尚待解决的问题。 The progress, technical development and promotion of bioavailability for oral administration of insulin in recent years were reviewed, particularly in the following aspects: nanoparticles, micro-emulsion, multiple emulsion, liposomes, and colon-site specific delivery systems.
