摘要
目的介绍近年来胰岛素纳米粒制剂研究进展。方法查阅国内外胰岛素纳米粒的相关文献资料,从吸收机制、制备、检测方法及其发展等方面进行整理和归纳。结果与结论目前胰岛素纳米粒的研究已广泛开展,取得了令人瞩目的成就,发展空间广阔。
Objective To Summarize the recent development of the research on insulin nanoparticles. Methods Based on the related Citeratures on insulin nanoparticles,from the several aspects of absorption mechanism,preparation,examination method and its development tendency, the summary and induction are carried out. Results and Conclusion At present the domestic research of insulin nanoparticles has been widely developed with remarkable achivements and very big development space.
