摘要
目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症 (简称内异症 )患者血清 ,可溶性细胞间粘附分子 (sICAM 1)的水平以及与疾病进展的关系。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附测定法测定 2 1例内异症及 2 1例对照者血清sICAM 1水平。结果 (1)内异症组、对照组患者血清sICAM 1水平分别为 0 30 μg/ml± 0 0 7μg/ml及 0 18μg/ml± 0 0 5 μg/ml,两组比较P <0 0 1;(2 )内异症组Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者血清sICAM 1水平为 0 2 4μg/ml± 0 0 6 μg/ml,而Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者血清sICAM 1水平为 0 32 μg/ml± 0 0 6 μg/ml,两组比较P =0 0 1;(3)内异症组及对照组患者增殖期及分泌期血清sICAM 1差异无显著意义。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者血清sICAM 1增高 ,且与期别呈正相关 ,提示sICAM 1在子宫内膜异位症发病中起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of ICAM 1 and its relationship to the extent of the disease Methods Serum sICAM 1 levels of 21 women with endometriosis were measured with a specific enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,and 21 women without endometriosis were selected as control Serum sICAM 1 levels were compared between endometriotic and non endometriotic women, and among patients at different stages of endometriosis Results Significantly higher serum sICAM 1 levels were observed in women with endometriosis [(0 30±0 07) μg/ml] than in those without endometriosis [(0 18±0 05) μg/ml]( P <0 01); in women with stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ of endometriosis, the serum sICAM 1 levels were (0 24±0 06) μg/ml,while in those with stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ of endometriosis, the serum sICAM 1 level was (0 32±0 06) μg/ml, the difference is of statistically significant No differences of serum sICAM 1 level was found between proliferative and secretary phase inwomen with and without endometriosis Conclusions Significantly elevated serum sICAM 1 levels in women with endometriosis, especially in those with advanced stages of the disease suggests the molecule might be of value in pathogenesis of endometriosis
