摘要
目的建立莪棱胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为制定其质量控制标准提供试验依据。方法采用TLC法对处方中的丹参、枳壳、延胡索进行鉴别。结果各样品在薄层色谱中,鉴别斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论该法简便可靠,专属性、重复性好,可用于莪棱胶囊的定性质量控制。
Objective To establish an identification method for E Ling Capsules by TLC, so as to provide experimental basis for the quality control. Methods TLC method was used to identify Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiza, Fructus Arantii and Rhizoma Corydlis. Results TLC specific characteristics of all varieties were distinctive; there was no interfere with the negative reference. Conclusion These methods are specific, accurate and reliable, which can be used as the quality control methods of E Ling Capsules.
