摘要
中生菌素(751)属N-糖苷类抗生素,紫外光谱为末端吸收,测定方法采用柱前样品与磷苯二甲醛(OPA),在适当条件下进行衍生化反应,生成具有荧光的产物,再以反相离子对色谱分离后,用荧光检测器检出。结果表明,本方法灵敏度高,重复性好,相对标准偏差CV值为1.237%,回收率为97.0%。
This paper describes the procedures that used high pressure liquid chromatography to detect residue of Zhongshengjunsu, an agromycin against some bacterial diseases of crops, in vegetables and soil. A DuPont Zrobax ODS column was used with methanol/acetic acid/hexane sulfomic acid as solvent at a flow rate of 1.2 ml/min. The fluorescent products detected at EX 340 nm and EM 425 nm were then analyzed by reverse-phase ion-pair chromatography before-column derivatization with 0-phthalaldehyde. Nine replications of the analysis produced a standard deviation of 0.2372%, with 97.09% recovery rate of the samples, indicating good reliability of the method.
