摘要
本文以西瓜枯萎病菌为实验菌，研究了中生菌素对丝状真菌的作用。结果表明：中生菌素能显著地引起菌丝细胞内原生质凝集；对病原菌孢子的萌发具有强烈的抑制作用，２．５μｇ／ｍＬ完全抑制孢子萌发；并具有杀死作用；对孢子的形成有较强的阻碍作用，１００μｇ／ｍＬ抑制率为９４．７％；对菌丝的生长也有一定的抑制作用，１００μｇ／ｍＬ抑制率为４０％。
The mode of action of Zhongshengmycin on pathogenic fungi was studied with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum. Zhongshengmycin can obviously result in condensing on the plasma of mycelium cell, and strongly inhibit spore germination, a complete inhibition and lethal effect occurred when it is at 2.5μg/ml dosage. It has a notable inhibition effect on spore formation.
