利用米糠和麦麸作饲料饲养米蛾的研究 被引量:5

STUDIES ON THE EFFICIENCY OF REARING RICE MOTH, CpRCYRA CEPHALONICA [LEP.:GELECHIIDAE] WITH RICE AND WHEAT BRAN

摘要 米蛾卵广泛用于赤眼蜂及草蛉等天敌的大量饲养。本研究在23~28℃,相对湿度70~80%的室内进行。用含麦麸90%的饲料饲养米蛾,每公斤饲料接卵3000~5000粒的产量均在16万粒左右,差异不显著。但3000粒的繁殖倍数最高,达53.2%。用30×40×7厘米的木盒为容器,分别装饲料1.5,2.25和3公斤,按每公斤饲料椄卵4000粒,盒产量以装2.25公斤的为最高,达525441粒,繁殖倍数也较高,为54.5倍。但每公斤饲料的产卵量和繁殖倍数,则随饲料的增加而降低。用米糠、麦麸和90%米糠或麦麸分别加10%的玉米面作饲料,接种4000粒卵,饲养米蛾,米糠饲料的产卵量为378738卵/公斤,繁殖倍数为94.7倍,而麦麸饲料饲养米蛾仅147208卵/公斤,繁殖倍数为36.8倍。 Rice moth egg is commonly used as host/prey in mass rearing Trichogramma spp. and Chrysooerla spp. in China. When the moth was reared with a medium containing 90% wheat bran under 23-28℃and 70-80% RH, each kilogram of the medium produced about 160,000 eggs at rearing densities ranging from 3,000-5,000 eggs/kg of the medium. No significant difference was found from different rearing densities. But the highest multiplication rate (53.2 times of the initial number) was obtained at 3,000 eggs/kg. When different amounts of the medium, which were 1.5kg, 2.25kg, and 3kg, were contained in a 30×40×7cm wooden box with 4,000 rice moth eggs/kg, the treatment of 2.25kg/box. produced the highest number of eggs (525,441 eggs/box) and the highest multiplication rate (54.5 times). The number of eggs produced per kilogram of the medium and the multiplication rate, however, decreased as the amount of medium per box increased. Among four different media: 100% rice bran, 100% wheat bran, 90% rice bran with 10% corn flour, and 90% wheat bran with 10% corn four, at a same rearing density of 4,000 eggs/kg, the rice bran produced the highest number of eggs (378,738 eggs/kg), with a multiplication rate of 94.7 times; while the wheat bran produced 147,208 eggs/kg, and a multiplication rate of 36.8 times.
