摘要
为解决烧结燃料短缺 ,探讨烧结实现用煤粉代替焦粉作燃料的可行性。得出了用煤粉作烧结燃料主要存在的问题是运输不顺畅 ,料流各环节均存在比较严重的堵料问题 ;烧结矿产量下降 ;烧结矿的筛分指数变差 ;生产成本提高 ;岗位粉尘污染非常严重 ;劳动强度大大提高。其中最关键的是烧结矿产、质量下降 ,生产成本增加。
In order to solve the problem of sintering fuel shortage,the probability of using coal fines to replace coke breeze was studied As a result,a series of problems such as serious material plugging in all material flow segments, sinter output decreasing, screen index worsening,operation cost increasing, severely dust polluting, labour intensity increasing and etc was occured, when using coal fines to replace coke breeze
