摘要
为进一步提高烧结矿的产、质量，进行了配加２％硼泥代替３％白云石的烧结工业试验。试验结果是：烧结矿转鼓指数、筛分指数、全铁稳定率、碱度稳定率分别提高４．３８％、２．０％、３．１％和３．５４％；高炉返矿率降低２．６％。高炉使用８５％含硼烧结矿后，炉况顺行，增铁３７．５ｔ／ｄ，节焦１０．５ｋｇ／ｔ。
To further ircrease the sinter production and quality , the industrial sintering test with addition of 2% boron-containing sludge for replacement of 3% dolomite was performed. The test results have shown that the tumbler content and basicity stability improved by 4. 38%, 2. 0%, 3. 1% and 3. 54%, respectively ; the return fines from BF bin decreased by 2. 6%. Smooth operation of BF was reached with boron-bearing sinter ration of 85%, while the hot iron production increased by 37. 5% and the coke rate reduced by 10. 5kg/t HM.
