摘要
目的为提高精神分裂症病人服药依从性 ,保证药物疗效 ,促进康复。方法对 10 5例精神分裂症病人服药依从性进行调查分析。结果病人服药依从性高低与自知力、药物不良反应、用药认识及护患关系有关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论加强精神卫生和药物知识教育 ,重视服药劝导 ,建立伙伴式护患关系 ,有助于精神分裂症病人服药依从性的提高。
Objective To increase the compliance with administration in schizophrenic, ensure efficacy of the drugs and promote the recovery of the patients. Methods The compliance with administration was evaluated in 105 cases of schizophrenia. Results The compliance with administration of the schizophrenic was related with insight, side effects of drugs, cognition to the used drugs and nurse patient relation ( P <0 01). Conclusion Strengthening the education for mental health and drug knowledge, paying attention to the administration persuasion and developing partner type nurse patient relation could helpful to increase the compliance with administration in schizophrenic.
