双相障碍复发患者服药依从性分析及心理干预

摘要 目的:通过对双相障碍复发患者服药依从性的相关因素分析并采取相应护理心理干预,以提高患者服药依从性。方法:对40例因复发再次住院双相障碍患者进行服药依从性分析,并进行为期4周、分为三个阶段的心理干预。结果:经过药物治疗及心理干预,患者服药依从性从2.5%提高到80%。结论:在药物治疗的基础上进行心理干预能提高双相障碍复发患者服药依从性,有效降低复发率。
