摘要
甜菜离体再生技术自70年代末由邵明文等人在国内首次培养成功后,通过培养技术的不断完善,被广泛应用于甜菜常规育种技术的补充,提高了选择效率,缩短了育种年限,并逐步建立了培养体系,将某些优良基因转移到甜菜组织或细胞中,使之再生,进一步形成转基因品种(系)。目前,在甜菜抗性育种中运用较广泛。
Sugarbeet regeneration plants in vitro won the lst success in the end of1970' s by SHAO Ming-wen in the domestic.The techniques was improved by Inner Mengolia and widely used to the sugarbeet conventional breeding,selective efficiency increased,the cultural system established of breeding years shorten,and fine gene transfered into sugarbeet tissue and regenerated,used in the resistant breeding.
