摘要 指出了制造业中机电产品是最大的资源使用者之一 ,也是最大的环境污染源。为实现 2 1世纪可持续发展战略 ,提出了通过实施绿色再制造工程尽可能减少失效和报废产品对环境的危害 ,最大限度地利用报废产品的零部件。论述了再制造工程的定义、地位作用以及国内外的发展现状及再制造工程的设计基础、关键技术等科学技术方面的核心问题。 This paper point out that machinery and electric equipment of manufacture trade is one of the biggest resource users, sometime, it is also the biggest environmental pollution resource. To realize the sustainable development strategy in 21 century, this paper suggests that we do our best to reduce the loss of effectiveness and the harm of waste products to the environment by green remanufacture engineering and make use of the components and parts of failure products to the utmost. This paper gives the definition, status, effect of remanufacture, its present home and abroad development situation and the key problems with respect to science and technology such as design foundation of remanufacture engineering and key technology etc..
