摘要
从狭义和广义角度论述了再制造工程的内涵，阐述了再制造工程与传统制造工程的区别，分析了再制造工程所具有的深远意义和现实意义，提出了我国研究与发展再制造工程应注意的几个重要问题。
Connotation of remanufacture engineering is addressed in both broad and narrow senses. The difference between remanufacture engineering and traditional manufacture engineering，and significance of remanufacture engineering are described. This paper also presents several problems that we should pay attention to while studying and developing remanufacture engineering.
