摘要
本文论述了城市防洪建设与城市环境建设两者之间的密切关系 ;介绍了无锡市在处理这两者关系时的一些做法。
The paper states the close relation between the urban flood control construction and the urban environmental construction.It also introduces some practices,when Wuxi City treats these two relations.
