摘要
根据单纯材料的光谱特性曲线 ,分析了其多声子辐射机理 ,并探讨了以单纯材料为辐射粉体基料的红外辐射涂料的适用范围及其不足。通过分析杂质对 1~ 5μm波段辐射性能的影响 ,提出化学掺杂是改善红外短波区辐射性能的有效途径。还根据对过渡金属氧化物烧结料的微观结构分析 。
Based on the spectrum curve of simplicity materials,its excessive phonons radiant mechanism is analyzed in this paper.The applicable scope of infrared radiant coating made from the simplicty materials and its shortages are also described.After analyzing the effect of impurity on the radiant performance in 1 to 5?μm wave band,it can be seen that chemical adulteration was an effective approach to improve the radiant performance.In addition,the existing forms of impurity in sintered materials is also discussed according to the microstructure of transition metal oxides sintered materials.
