摘要
对冲压成形的计算机辅助技术之一———几何模拟法进行了探索研究。作者应用大变形理论纯均匀变形的模型 ,研究了几何建模、网格划分、分割线的选择和映射策略等关键技术 ,同时结合抛物线曲面冲压件的拉深 。
This paper studies a method of computer aided stamping--geometric modeling method comprehensively. This paper works over the signified technology of geometric modeling by pure homogeneous deformation of the theory for large deformations, which include the plot off mesh unit, selection of segmentation line and mapping. And It investigates a deep drawing of paraboloid stamping part and forecasts the geometry, dimension, strain distribution on a sheet rough successfully and well.
