摘要
在飞机制造领域,飞机翼面大多为不可展曲面,所以无法对翼面进行精确的展开,只能通过某种算法近似得到其展开面。本文采用纯数学的曲面展开方法,展开过程中不考虑材料的力学性能,只对曲面进行几何分析,从而计算出其展开平面。本文介绍了曲面的展开方法,并利用CATIA软件的功能,以Visual C++为平台,编写了曲面展开程序,并举例说明曲面展开程序在壁板展开建模中的应用。
In the field of aircraft manufacturing,most of the aerocurves are undevelopable surfaces,so the aerocurve can't be flattened accurately and we can only obtain the approximate expansion suface through some algorithm anslysis.In this paper,we use the pure mathematical surface flattening methods without regard to the mechanical property and use geometric analysis for the curved surface and calculate the explanding plane, the surface flattening programme is edited based on the CATIA and the Visual C++ and this paper illustrate the" surface flattening programme application on the unwrapping and modeling.
