摘要
目的 探讨儿童滑膜血管瘤的诊断和治疗。方法 分析 7例患儿的临床资料 ,复习有关文献。结果 该病的主要临床特征是疼痛和局限性压痛 ,MRI对本病的诊断定位有帮助。结论 滑膜血管瘤是发生在关节和腱鞘滑膜组织的一种少见的良性肿瘤 ,可以根据其临床特征和MRI检查作出诊断 ,切除是其治疗方法。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the juvenile synovial hemangioma.Methods The symptoms and imaging features of MRI were studied and the related articles in literature were reviewed.Results The main clinical features included the pain and localized tenderness. MRI may reveal its localization and size and help diagnosis.Conclusions Synovial hemangioma is a rare benign tumor that tend to occurs at joints and tendon sheath synovial tissues and it can be treated by resection.
