摘要
目的探究中药逐瘀消瘤散治疗四肢肌间血管瘤的研究与疗效分析。方法对照组给予手术治疗、伽马刀、生物免疫治疗等治疗措施;观察组根据中医辨证施治理论给予自制逐瘀消瘤散口服。结果观察组总有效率为80%;对照组总有效率为40%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组远期治疗无复发,对照组中有1例复发,复发率为10%。结论中药逐瘀消瘤散治疗四肢肌间血管瘤疗效确切,以中医辨证施治理论达到逐瘀消瘤的治疗效果,提高疗效,且复发率低,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction in the treatment of extremity intramuscular hemangioma.Methods The control group was given operational treatment,gamma knife,biological immunotherapy measures.Observation group was given homemade Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction by scattered TCM syndrome differentiation theory of oral variable.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 80%,the control group was 40%,the total effective rate between two groups had significant difference,comparability（P 0.05）.The curative effect of long term of observation no recurrence group.1 case recurrence for long-term therapy in control group,relapse rate was 10%.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Zhuyu Xiaoliu decoction in the treatment of extremity intramuscular hemangioma is effective,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation theory to change to treatment effect on stasis and eliminating tumor,improve the curative effect,and the recurrence rate is low.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
