摘要
用PAP或ABC法观察了亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-ENK)样成分在从孕第11.5周至36周的胎儿和生后1—2天的新生儿脑干内的分布及发育状况。发现L-ENK样成分最早出现于孕第11.5周至16周之间;分布于几乎所有与感觉传导有关的核团、网状结构及中缝核群、中脑边缘结构和脑神经运动核内;随胎龄的增长各核团的L-ENK样成分的分布状态发生一定变化,主要表现为L-ENK样纤维不断增加,大多数核团内的阳性胞体呈现少→多→少的变化规律。
Distribution and ontogeny of leu-enkephalin-like structure was investigated in the brainstem of human fetus (aged 11.5-36 weeks) and neonates (postnatal 1-2 days) by means of PAP and ABC methods. It was estimated that leu-enkephalin-like structures first appeared at the age between 11.5-16 weeks in most sensory nuclei, reticular formation, nuclei of raphe, mesencephalic limbic structures and motor nuclei of cranial nerves. The amount of leu-enkephalin-like structures changed along with fetal development, leu-enkephalin-like fibers continuously increased while leu-enkephalin-like cells in most nuclei increased until the age of 35th week, and then began to decrease.
