亮氨酸-脑啡肽样成分在人胎儿及新生儿脑干内的分布及在发育过程中的变化——免疫组织化学研究

摘要 用PAP或ABC法观察了亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-ENK)样成分在从孕第11.5周至36周的胎儿和生后1—2天的新生儿脑干内的分布及发育状况。发现L-ENK样成分最早出现于孕第11.5周至16周之间;分布于几乎所有与感觉传导有关的核团、网状结构及中缝核群、中脑边缘结构和脑神经运动核内;随胎龄的增长各核团的L-ENK样成分的分布状态发生一定变化,主要表现为L-ENK样纤维不断增加,大多数核团内的阳性胞体呈现少→多→少的变化规律。 Distribution and ontogeny of leu-enkephalin-like structure was investigated in the brainstem of human fetus (aged 11.5-36 weeks) and neonates (postnatal 1-2 days) by means of PAP and ABC methods. It was estimated that leu-enkephalin-like structures first appeared at the age between 11.5-16 weeks in most sensory nuclei, reticular formation, nuclei of raphe, mesencephalic limbic structures and motor nuclei of cranial nerves. The amount of leu-enkephalin-like structures changed along with fetal development, leu-enkephalin-like fibers continuously increased while leu-enkephalin-like cells in most nuclei increased until the age of 35th week, and then began to decrease.
