船体结构的缺陷是老龄散货船的重大隐患,近年呈逐年上升趋势,并成为保持船级检验和PSC检查的重点。总结了老龄散货船的船体检验和PSC在结构方面的检查项目,并对船公司和船员在实际工作中的安全管理提出了相应的对策。
Deficiencies of hull frame are big hidden trouble for old bulk carriers in the recent years. This problem is becoming the focal point in the class survey and the PSC inspection. This paper makes conclusion of items on the hull survey and the PSC inspection with hull frame of the old bulk carriers and drafts the relevant measures in the work of safety management for ship owners and seafarers.
