散货船弹性舱口角隅设计

摘要 针对散货船舱口角隅自由边的应力峰值通常较高,疲劳寿命难以满足,舱口角隅处通常需要嵌入厚板才能满足规范要求的问题,引入弹性舱口角隅的设计概念,通过对原角隅处产生一个下凹圆弧形弹性接头来降低舱口角隅自由边的应力。通过分析下凹圆弧的位置、半径及下凹部分长度对舱口角隅自由边应力和疲劳寿命改善效果的影响,探讨弹性舱口角隅的一般设计原则。结果表明,下凹圆弧的位置对自由边应力影响不大;下凹圆弧半径越大、下凹部分长度越长,则自由边应力越小,疲劳寿命越长。与传统舱口角隅相比,弹性舱口角隅可大幅降低舱口角隅自由边的应力,提高其疲劳寿命,降低舱口角隅发生疲劳裂纹的风险。 The peak stress of the free edge of the hatch corner of bulk carriers is usually high,and the fatigue life is difficult to meet the requirements.Thick plates are usually inserted in the hatch corner to meet the requirements of the rule.In order to solve this problem,the design concept of elastic hatch corner was introduced,in which a concave circular arc elastic joint is produced at the corner to reduce the stress of the free edge of hatch corner.By studying the influence of the position,radius and length of the concave circular arc upon the stress and fatigue life of the free edge of the hatch corner,the general design principles of the elastic hatch corner were obtained.The results showed that the position of the concave circular arc has little effect on the free edge stress;the larger the radius of the concave circular arc and the longer the length of the concave part,the smaller the free edge stress and the longer the fatigue life.Compared with the traditional hatch corner,the elastic hatch corner can significantly reduce the stress of the free edge of the hatch corner,improve its fatigue life and reduce the risk of fatigue cracks in the hatch corner.
