小麦在叶锈菌侵染过程中过氧化物酶及多酚氧化酶活性的变化 被引量:33

摘要 叶锈菌侵染引起小麦叶片过氧化物酶的活性呈现出两个高峰,峰Ⅰ出现在接种后60小时,峰Ⅱ出现在接种后84或132小时。不亲和组合的峰Ⅰ显著高于亲和组合,而峰Ⅱ则相反。慢锈品种过氧化物酶活性变化有自身的特点:自接种后36小时起活性急剧升高,其峰Ⅰ显著高于感病品种。多酚氧化酶在接种后36小时不亲和组合出现活性峰,而此时亲和组合的活性却低于对照。侵染后期的活性恰好相反。鉴于抗、感、慢锈品种在感染叶锈菌后,过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性变化有着各自的特点,因而可用来作为鉴定小麦品种抗叶锈性的生理生化指标。 Two peroxidase (PO) activity peaks appeared in wheat leaves during the infection by puceinia recondita f.sp.tritici,peak Ⅰ appeared in 60 hrs a.i.and peak Ⅱ appeared in 84 or 132 hrs a.i.The peak Ⅰ of the cultivar in the incompatible combination of host and pathogen was much higher than that in the compatible Combination,but the heights peak Ⅱ in these combinations were just reversal.The peroxidase activity changes in slow rusting cultivars had their own characteristics.The actiyity of slow rusting cultivar increased sharply at 36 hrs,a.i.and its peak Ⅱ,was much higher than that of susceptible ones.The infection of leaf rust also in uce(?) changes in the activity of polyphcnol oxidase(PPO).A peat of PPO ac- tivity in the cultivars appeared in the incompatible combination after 36 hrs a.i.,while the height of the peak in compatible combination was remarkably lower than that in the incompatible combination and the control.In later stage of infection the levels of the PPO activity appeared in different combinations were just reversal to those mentioned above.It may be concluded from this experiment,that the PO and PPO activity cha- nges in the resistant,susceptible and slow rusting eultivars,after their infection by leaf rust of wheat,all had their own characteristics.The analysis of changes in PO and PPO activities can be served as criteria for assessing the resistance of wheat varieties to leaf rust.The analysis is especially useful for differentiating slow rusting cultivars from susceptible ones.
