摘要
目的 :介绍用“T”型钢板治疗 Pilon骨折的手术方法及临床效果。方法 :1996年至 1999年应用该术式对 17例 Pilon骨折进行了手术。结果 :16例获得随访 ,平均随访时间 1年 8个月 ,骨折临床愈合时间为 10～ 14个月 ,优良率为 96 %。结论 :该钢板在骨折面处覆盖面积大 ,内固定牢固 ,患者可早期进行功能锻炼 。
Objective:To introduce operative method and clinical result of the pilon′s fracture of the low end of tibial tread by internal fixation with T type plate.Methods:From 1996-1999,17 cases who suffered from pilon′s fracture were treated with the operative ways.Results :16 patients were followed up for a period of 1 year 8 months and their function showed that the excellent rate was 96%.Conclusion:The area of fracture covered up by plate is very large and internal fixation is compressive strength Function excrcise will be made early,which engage blood circulation and fracture union.
