摘要
目的 :观察使用湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对三期肛裂切扩术后创面换药的疗效。方法 :6 4例患者分为MEBO组 (32例 )和对照组 (32例 ) ,术后分别使用MEBO和凡士林纱条换药 ,观察创面肉芽开始生长和治愈时间。结果 :与对照组相比 ,MEBO组创面肉芽开始生长及治愈时间明显缩短 ,差异非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating stage Ⅲ anal fissure post incision and dilation. Method: 64 cases of this disease were divided into 2 groupsk,MEBO group and vaseline control group,32 cases in each group.MEBO and vaseline gauze was applied respectively and the efficacy was compared. Results: Wound granulation started earlier and wound healing was quicker in MEBO group than in vaseline group.(P<0.01)
